Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Color Street experience, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on nail strips that have been opened or applied.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box or included on a packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
